About This Product
■Main features
Robin is a 3D laser scanner that can be carried in hand, attached to a backpack, or mounted on a drone, and is compatible with drone laser measurement.
The laser is emitted from the LiDAR sensor, and 640,000 laser points per second cover a 360° range up to 120m.
By moving around the space while carrying the device, you can generate 3D mapping data (point cloud data) of any space such as construction sites, construction sites, inspection sites, factories, warehouses, forests, important cultural properties, etc. .
■Can be mounted on a drone
Since the device itself is small, weighing approximately 1.6 kg, it can be mounted on a drone to perform laser measurements of large areas such as structures and forests from the sky. We have a track record of installing it in DJI Matrice 300, 350, 600, 600 pro, etc.
■SLAM is developed in-house
The SLAM technology, which is the core of the mobile 3D laser scanner system, was completely developed in-house by our company. It is possible to generate robust and high-definition 3D data. Because the SLAM technology itself was developed in-house, we are able to flexibly respond to customer requests such as "I wish the scanner had this function" as a function necessary for actual business operations.
■Accuracy
We provide accuracy of up to 5mm depending on the site environment.
■Real-time mapping
Are you wondering how much scanning you can do in the field while carrying the device around? By connecting our product to your smartphone or tablet via WiFi, you can check the scan data yield in real time.
■Point cloud processing software built into the device itself
The scan data acquired by the device itself is saved in the drive of the mini PC inside the device. This mini PC has built-in point cloud processing software developed in-house, which includes functions to generate point cloud data from saved scan data, distance measurement function, noise removal function, point cloud coloring function, and meshing function. It comes standard with software that has the functions necessary for point cloud post-processing, such as , file format conversion function, and georeferencing function. Therefore, all you need is the device itself, from scanning to post-processing.
