About This Product

■Features of thickener back separator

It is made from pulp whose main fibers are Tetoron and rayon. Unlike normally used analytical filter paper, there are three important conditions: the amount of sewage to be filtered, the size of the particles that pass through the filth, and the time to strain the sewage. Regarding filtration time and economy, the best condition is to filter as much as possible in a given period of time and remove as many impurities as possible. More filtration means more water passes through the filter, and removing more impurities means it is harder for the waste liquid to pass through the filter paper. Our new filter paper resolves this contradiction.

■Mechanism of thickener back separator

- Thickened sludge flows into the thickener back filter using natural head or pump. - First, the sewage that flows into room A is filtered through a filter, and sludge accumulates. ・When room A becomes full and the water level of the filter decreases, the dirty liquid will flow into room B. ・Similar to room A, when it is full, the dirty liquid will flow into room C. As each chamber fills up one after another and the filter becomes clogged, each chamber A.B.C becomes a sedimentation tank, allowing sewage to continue flowing into it. - When the thickener back filter is full, it stops the inflow of sewage and performs natural dehydration. - Pull it out from the pipe-shaped thickener mounting arm, close the bag with a string, and discard or destroy it. -Sludge becomes scum with a moisture content of 70-85% in 8-24 hours. The filter housing is installed in two stages, upper and lower, and if the upper filter becomes clogged, by switching the valve, the lower filter can be operated for continuous filtration. In addition, automatic operation is possible by linking the clogging detection float switch and the switching pulp. We also manufacture products with automatic discharge devices.
