About This Product

A filter exclusively for PSS type machines. The following product numbers can be sewn into any shape.

■Structure and filter effects

This machine is used by inserting the bag-shaped filter into several compartments and inserting it into the mounting arm. Dirty liquid is pumped from the dirty tank, and the flow rate is adjusted using the liquid volume adjustment valve at the inlet of each arm. Dirty liquid flows into chamber A inside the filter from the tip of the mounting arm. The filter that flows into room A becomes clogged, making it difficult to drain water, and when it becomes full, the contamination reaches room B. In this case, the filter in room A is not completely clogged, and the difference in the amount of sewage flowing into room B flows into room B. When chamber B is full, it flows into chamber C. When the filters in each chamber become clogged one after another and become full, the first A.B.C....Each chamber acts as a sedimentation tank. Due to these effects, Thickener Bag is a long-life and highly efficient filter. If each chamber becomes completely clogged, you can easily pull it out from the pipe-shaped mounting arm and replace it with a new filter the next morning when the water in the filter has run out. ・Strength is when dry. ・The strength is as measured by our company and may vary depending on usage conditions. *Other model numbers are available.
