As part of the work environment evaluation standards under the Industrial Safety and Health Act, regulations that require the controlled concentration of ethylene oxide gas to be 1 ppm or less (Specified Chemical Substance Hazard Prevention Regulations) are applied, and it is necessary to regularly measure the work environment. . In addition, due to consideration for the environment of emitted gases, there is a PRTR regulation (Act on Promotion of Ascertainment of Emissions of Specified Chemical Substances into the Environment and Improvement of Management), which requires treatment of emitted gases.
FAST-5000 was developed based on these needs for work environment evaluation and exhaust gas measurement from Aveta, and is capable of standard 8-point concentration measurement. By using the optional nitrogen gas generator, the required utility becomes a self-contained device with only AC100V15A.

・Methane (CH4), carbon monoxide (CO), carbon dioxide (CO2), nitrous oxide (N2O), nitric oxide (NO), nitrogen dioxide (NO2), ozone (O3), ethanol (C2H6O), isopropylene Gas species such as building alcohol (C3H8O) and water (H2O) can be measured simultaneously.
