■High-speed, high-performance, multi-functional FTIR exhaust gas analyzer
FAST-2210 is an analyzer that continuously measures a wide variety of components contained in sample gases discharged from various combustion devices including engines. Transient phenomena can be measured accurately with 5Hz high-speed sampling. Additionally, by using a rich calibration spectrum library of over 240 types of sample spectra during measurement, it is possible to reanalyze, identify, and quantify unanalyzed components.
FAST-2210 is the world's first in-vehicle FTIR exhaust gas analyzer developed through joint research with the Japan Traffic Safety and Environment Research Institute (currently the National Institute of Automotive Technology, Japan Traffic Safety and Environment Research Institute). (Winner of the 62nd Society of Automotive Engineers of Japan Award for Best Paper Award) Battery-powered, it is possible to measure on-road driving for more than 2 hours. In addition, it can be installed in a dedicated rack on a bench or in a test room for measurements, making it possible to use it for a variety of purposes.
■Features
- Achieves power saving and allows continuous measurement for 2 hours when powered by battery.
・Small and lightweight, the only gas required for measurement is N2 gas.
- During running measurements, sample gases of 32 calibration file components can be continuously measured at 5Hz sampling.
・It is built into a dedicated rack and can be moved to various locations such as benches and test rooms for measurements.
- Optional functions such as analog input/output, temperature input, pulse input, etc. can be installed.
・GPS unit (with map display function) option can also be added.
・The measurement temperature can be set or changed to either 150℃ or 191℃ on the screen.
・As span gas is not required, equipment is simplified and operating costs are significantly reduced.
- Easy to move and connect, and can be shared by multiple testing rooms, improving operating rates and reducing investment costs.
・Wet concentration measurement display is possible.
- A timer function is included as standard to eliminate loss of warm-up time.
-Equipped with an event mark function that is convenient for measurement and data organization.
- The operation screen and graph display screen are now even easier to use, with easy-to-understand Japanese display.
-More than 240 types of calibration spectrum library are included as standard.
