Ideal for making experimental tablets and full-scale tablet compression tests. Standard model equipped with a touch panel. A base model that can compress single-layer tablets. Although the tableting speed is not fast at 13 to 20 seconds per tablet, continuous tableting can be performed automatically under stable conditions.

■Easy touch panel operation

Numerical values ​​and pressure such as pressure, filling depth, upper punch insertion depth, quantity, etc. can be easily controlled by touch panel operation. Because it is numerically controlled, it is also useful for tableting experiments where reproducibility is important.

■Compatible with punches and dies for rotary tablet presses

You can use the common IPT (TSM) -B/D standard ※1 punches and dies for rotary tablet presses. By changing the punch and die, you can press tablets of various sizes and shapes. *1: IPT (TSM) -B is the standard specification.

■Excellent usability

The large door allows you to easily attach and detach the pestle and mortar. (It takes about 3 minutes to attach and detach the mold.) The tableting area can also be cleaned easily, making it highly maintainable.

■Fully automatic and stable continuous tableting is possible

Although the tableting speed is not fast, it is possible to continuously compress 50 to 100 tablets under stable conditions under automatic operation. It is OK to input the minimum amount of sample necessary for tabletting into the hopper.

■Tableting data can also be exported

Tableting pressure and discharge pressure can be monitored on the touch panel, and can be output to a PC via USB connection. *It is necessary to install special connection software.

■Air purge option

When compressing double- and triple-layer tablets, the powder remaining on the mortar plate is blown out with air and dust is collected (please prepare a separate dust collector) to reduce contamination with powder from other layers. .

■Coated tablet option

TR compatible with three-layer tablets can compress hard-coated tablets by replacing the third-layer hopper with a hard-coated tablet unit. *Nuclear locks require separate preparation. *The maximum diameter of the core tablet is φ7mm, and the number of consecutive tablets is about 10.
