About This Product
Space-saving and integrated operation panel, ideal for tableting experiments and small-lot production.
Standard equipment includes stirring feeder and powder metering feeder. A compactly designed rotary tablet press that can form two-layer tablets despite its small rotary disk of 200 mm in diameter.
It is equipped as standard with necessary functions such as an agitation feeder and quantitative feeder that are essential for stable molding, as well as a weight measurement mode when compressing double-layer tablets.
■Filling feeder and quantitative feeder
The filling feeder is equipped with an agitation feeder as standard, and combining it with a quantitative feeder improves powder filling performance.
■Mold (millet) specifications
Industry standard TSM (IPT) -9-position specifications for B and 7-position specifications for D are available. Tablets up to 16 mm in diameter can be formed for B and 20 mm in diameter for D.
■Equipped with automatic weight control function as standard
It senses pressure deviation during automatic operation and automatically adjusts the filling amount to maintain stable tableting pressure.
■Good/defective product sorting function
Equipped as standard with a function that monitors the pressure during automatic operation and automatically sorts tablets compressed under non-standard pressure into the NG lane.
■Save function for operating conditions
Up to 20 operating conditions can be saved in the internal memory. Saved conditions can be recalled and used at any time.
■Login function
Since the login ID is registered at startup and the operation begins, it is possible to follow the operation log. Save data is also combined with an ID, so you can see who saved the data.
■Installation/Movement
With a total weight of approximately 600 kg, it is lightweight for a tablet press, so even after installation, it can be moved on any level floor using the included casters.
■Dust collection function (R2000W)
By connecting it to a dust collector specified by our company, it keeps the top of the rotary plate clean and prevents powder from mixing during double-layer tablet compression.
*A dust collector is required separately (limited to models specified by our company).
