About This Product

■Features

・Fast filtration without clogging by Fiber Bag S, which has a filter structure throughout, no need for Celite. ・When analyzing proteins, there is no need to scrape out the sample with the Celite layer into the Kjeldahl flask like with a glass filter, and the sample can be transferred to the Kjeldahl flask with the fiber bag S, so there is no sample loss. Of course, Fiber Bag S is nitrogen-free and ash-free. - Space-saving and can process multiple samples simultaneously. Low initial cost.

■Principle

The sample is broken down by three types of enzymes and divided into two parts: an insoluble dietary fiber part and a soluble part. Soluble dietary fiber is precipitated by ethanol. The precipitate is separated by a fiber bag system. One of the precipitates is measured for nitrogen to determine the remaining protein. Another sample measures dry weight and ash content. Measure the weight difference and determine dietary fiber.
