About This Product

This is a device that performs thermal decomposition using aqua regia to quantify acid-soluble metals in sludge, sediment, and soil. There are two types: one for 8 samples and one for 20 samples. The device includes an acid trap, PVC exhaust manifold, and glass aspirator. SMA automatically raises and lowers heavy disassembly tubes, exhaust manifolds, racks, etc. using a lift motor. The sample after decomposition is cooled outside the heating block, allowing for safe and quick cooling. The TZ controller programs the temperature and time and performs the decomposition process fully automatically.

・Fully automatic lift system makes it easy to attach and detach test tubes and cooling condensers ・Cooling water supply and drainage are in one location. In order to quantify acid-soluble metals in sludge, sediment and soil, decomposition can be performed using high boiling point acids.
