The Vaepades Kjeldahl automatic distillation equipment is a steam distillation equipment that can be used for all types of Kjeldahl analysis such as food, feed, fertilizer, soil, agricultural products, pharmaceuticals, chemical products, waste water, etc., as well as a wide range of analyzes such as alcohol distillation, ammonia nitrogen, nitrate nitrogen, etc. . Among them, the 50 series is the top model with a built-in automatic titration function and an autosampler in its lineup.
This machine is a fully automatic/unmanned Kjeldahl autosampler system developed for continuous processing of large quantities of samples. The dedicated Kjeldahl tube is automatically attached to the distillation section from the turntable installed inside the autosampler, and distillation titration is repeated continuously.
The housing is made of molded plastic, so it will not corrode with acids or alkalis. The safety of the alkali injection line is ensured with a Teflon hose. The uniquely shaped distillation head completely eliminates the circulation of alkali and ensures high analytical accuracy.
