■Summary

We design and manufacture special benders such as draw benders, rotary benders, spiral benders, etc. according to various requests, but in recent years, with the increase in demand for pipes, there has been a need to improve the efficiency of bending. I'm here. In order to cope with mass production processing, we have made efforts to research and develop a drawer set pipe bender that has several times the capacity of conventional rotary bender, and we have been satisfied with it both domestically and internationally. At the same time, the pipe bending process has also become more complex, and we are now able to continuously process three-dimensional bending processes, which had previously been considered extremely difficult, and have adopted a mechanical bending angle selection device that is not seen by other companies. We have also completed a draw-type three-dimensional curve that combines the power of hydraulics and the accuracy of mechanics, and have established a system that can meet a wide range of demands.
