About This Product

■Summary

・For fine ceramic powder hydraulic molding ・Format: 2-post electric hydraulic drive water pressure pressurization method (single phase 100V) ・Pressure: 200MPa megapascal (2,000kg/cm2) ・Vessel internal dimensions: φ35×100mm, φ50×100mm ・Fluid used: Distilled water (water)

■Features

-Can be used with water and can be easily pressurized or depressurized by pressing a button. ・Accurate pressurizing force is displayed using a large analog pressure gauge with a diameter of 150 mm. - The surface of the stand is made of stainless steel, making it resistant to rust and dirt. ・Since the water is pressurized by driving a single-phase 100V electric hydraulic pump, the pressure can be increased smoothly. - Hydraulic control slowly reduces water pressure from 200MPa to 0MPa, preventing cracking of the green body inside the vessel. - Thick stainless steel vessel allows use of ultra-high pressure with water. ・Since water is applied from all 360° directions, molded products with uniform density can be produced. ・The world's smallest compact electric pressure booster CIP. Easy to use anywhere.

■Applications

It is designed to be easy to use and allows for easy experimental research for ceramic powder hydraulic molding. Ideal for molded objects where the green body is spherical, irregularly shaped, square, long, etc. and difficult to form uniformly with a mold.
