■Applications

It is ideal for hydraulic molding of fine ceramic powders, such as spherical, irregularly shaped, rectangular long objects, etc., where it is difficult to make the molding density uniform by molding alone.

■SE Handy CIP operation procedure

・Close the release valve of the hand pump and check the water level in the tank. - Temporarily mold the powder using an SE die (at a surface pressure of about 600kgf/cm2). ・Put the temporarily formed green body into a plastic bag and vacuum pack it. ・Put the vacuum-packed green body into the SE Handy CIP container. ・Fill the SE Handy CIP container with water. ・Open the pressure reducing valve, turn the handle while draining the water, and insert the upper punch. ・After inserting the upper punch to the specified position, close the drain valve. - Gradually pressurize the hand pump by moving the handle up and down while checking the pressure gauge. ・When the pressure rises to 1,000kgf/cm2 or 2,000kgf/cm2, stop pressurizing work and hold the pressure for 30 to 60 seconds. Once the pressure has decreased, increase the pressure to a predetermined level using pressurization work. ・After pressurizing and maintaining it, slowly open the pressure reducing valve and gradually reduce the pressure. From around 200kgf/㎠, decompression work is carried out even more slowly. ・When the pressure reduction is complete, open the pressure reduction valve further and turn the handle to pull out the upper punch. ・Remove the vacuum-packed green body from the SE Handy CIP container. ・Cut the green body from the plastic bag with a cutter and remove it.
