About This Product

The PC series has coarse particles of 200 to 500 μm that spread in a wide angle at low pressure with good straightness and reduced drift. When the chemical solution is sprayed along the side wall of the nozzle head, it spreads out into a fan shape, forms a thin film of water, and is dispersed in the air, forming water droplets of approximately 200μ in size and spraying on the surface of crops and weeds. The secondary atomization of the chemical solution creates a fine mist, which then rides on the accompanying airflow and evenly adheres to the underside of the leaves, leaving the surfaces of the leaves and branches feeling wet, just like after rain. The Epoch Nozzle PC series is also available as a Speed ​​Sprayer (SS). It can be sprayed to control orchards with strong winds, taking advantage of its strong straight-travel properties, so please use it to control peach borehole bacterial disease, which is a problem.

■Proposal for drift reduction nozzle (scattering reduction nozzle)

Pest control is 0.5MPa (5kg/cm^2) spray pressure and herbicide spray is 0.1MPa (1kg/cm^2) With the enforcement of pesticide residue standards under the positive list system, I am concerned about pesticides spreading to neighboring crops. In order to maintain mutual trust with your neighbors, the first priority is to use pesticides appropriately and to be prepared to prevent pesticides from scattering. The basis of drift reduction (scattering reduction) is low pressure spraying. When spraying under high pressure, the pesticide particles are thrown into the air and are crushed by air resistance, making them finer and floating in the air. The PC series has a unique nozzle shape that allows for wide spraying even at low pressure, and the large spray particle size of 200 to 500 μm reduces drift and allows for safer pest control work. This is a drift reduction nozzle that is safe to use with speed sprayers.

When spraying with a speed sprayer, conventional nozzles produce fine particles, so there is a risk that the chemicals sprayed high into the air may be scattered far beyond the field. Because the Epoch nozzle has large particles, drift is less likely to occur, and it also enables low-pressure, wide-angle spraying, which significantly reduces the load on the machine.

■Secondary atomization method for safe pest control

Coarse particles of 200μm to 500μm have good straightness and reduce drift while spreading at low pressure and wide angle. Particles that enter the bushes of crops collide with leaves and stems, becoming secondary and tertiary atomization, becoming a fine mist, which is then carried by the accompanying airflow and evenly adheres to the undersides of leaves.
