About This Product

■ACW/DCW/IR, 200VA safety standard tester compatible with safety test standards from all over the world.GPT-12003 is a safety tester that can perform AC/DC withstanding voltage tests and insulation resistance tests with a 7-inch color LCD display. It can apply up to 5kVAC for AC withstanding voltage tests, up to 6kVDC for DC withstanding voltage tests, and 1.2kV for insulation resistance tests. Automatic testing (AUTO mode) is possible by storing up to 100 test contents (MANU mode) and sequentially operating up to 10 tests.

It is also suitable for automation because of its extensive features such as USB, RS-232C, GP-IB (optional), and LAN (optional) communication and external I/O for test execution, interlock function, open/short check function, rear output terminal, etc. Masu. Compatible with safety standards of each country (IEC/EN/UL/CSA/GB/JIS), compliant with IEC (EN) 61010-2-034:2017.

Features
■Large screen display with 7-inch color LCDWork efficiency has been improved compared to previous models by simultaneously displaying a list of setting values ​​during testing and larger measured values/judgment results in an easy-to-read manner.

■Voltage rise/fall time can be setBy setting the voltage rise time at the start of the test, the voltage fall time at the end, and the starting voltage at the start of the test, it is now possible to support a variety of measured objects. In addition, it is now possible to handle capacitive objects up to 4.7μF (at 1kV). Additionally, the zero-crossing function prevents flashovers and arc phenomena, and the lamp function prevents deterioration of the insulation performance of the test object.

At the end of the test, the test object is discharged to prevent the risk of electric shock from touching the test object.

■Sweep function (graph display)By collecting logs of voltage and current during testing every 0.1 seconds and displaying them in graphs, you can check when insulation breakdown occurs and the status of the test. Furthermore, you can check the measured value of each point with cursor measurement after the test.

■Contact check functionThe contact check function outputs a 50V/400Hz sine wave at the beginning of the ACW/DCW/IR test to check for shorts and opens. The determination range is specified by obtaining the normal current value through Learning, the lower limit (10% to 90%), and the upper limit (110% to 500%).
