About This Product

■100W class multifunctional, high precision, low noise DC stabilized power supply

The PPX series is a small, low-noise DC stabilized power supply. It achieves high functionality and high precision. It is also the first to be equipped with temperature measurement and judgment functions compatible with thermocouples. Features

■High resolution setting/measurement

The display resolution has achieved the highest resolution in its class of 0.1mV/0.1μA. (PPX100-1 is 1mV/0.1μA)

■Constant power control

In addition to constant voltage control (CV mode) and constant current control (CC mode), constant power control (CP mode) can be set. Constant power control can be used to supply constant power to a resistor (heater) whose resistance value changes depending on temperature, or to be used as a variable power limit.

■Sequence test function (minimum 50ms)

Sequences can be executed with step information and time specified. Test contents can be edited on the main unit and saved and recalled to USB memory. High-speed step operation with a minimum time of 50ms and 10ms resolution is possible.

■Logging function (minimum 0.1 seconds)

Output monitor voltage/current and thermocouple temperature can be logged to memory with any sampling time as short as 0.1 seconds.

■Temperature measurement function

Temperature can be measured by connecting a K type thermocouple with a miniature connector, and it also supports output cutoff due to temperature.

■Integration function

The function to integrate the current monitor and power monitor allows the main unit to output only the specified capacity.

■Bleeder function

A capacitor is connected to the output of this device, and a bleeder circuit is installed to discharge the charge when the output is turned off to prevent electric shock. This discharge can be reduced by turning off the bleeder circuit. This is effective for batteries, capacitors, and other devices that have electrical charge, but be careful not to get an electric shock.

■Communication interface

For communication with a PC, LAN (Socket/http), USB (USB-CDC), RS-232C, and RS-485 (4-wire) interfaces are available. Since LAN allows http communication, it is also possible to check and operate from a web browser other than a PC without programming.
