About This Product

■Highly accurate simulation of each battery cell voltage, including BMS evaluation

The PMS Series, an isolated multi-channel high-resolution DC power supply for BMS evaluation, is a battery management system ( This is a multi-output DC constant voltage power supply that can be used for design evaluation and mass production inspection of BMS (Battery Management System). Simulates each cell of a battery pack up to 1,000V, responding to the needs of ``high-precision voltage output'', ``low noise and high stability'', and ``high grounding withstand voltage and expandability'' required for BMS evaluation. It is possible. Features

■All CH insulation, series connection max. 1,000V (earth resistance)

All channels of the PMS series are isolated and can be connected in series up to 1,000V. All voltage sources can be controlled independently, making it possible to simulate battery pack charging rates, charge/discharge states, and individual abnormalities.

■Equipped with sequence function

It is possible to memorize sequences of up to 100 steps on each channel. Supports variable voltage value, ramp function, and slew rate function according to any time. Equipped with a synchronization function that uses the master unit's clock for each CH in a long-term sequence and each unit when using a PMS link.

■Sink operation options

Equipped with a sink option, it also supports current sinking (2-quadrant operation). This allows it to be used for BMS evaluation that supports cell balancing.

■Rack mount system prepared with specified channel configuration

We can propose a rack system in which multiple PMS units (14ch) are connected in series and can be used within a total voltage range of up to 1,000V DC. In addition to PMS units, we can also propose rack systems equipped with PCs with S-PMS10 (dedicated software) installed, breakers, and other DC power supplies and measuring instruments.

■PMS-LINK function

Unit address 1 can be used as the master to control slave units with unit addresses 2 to 16. Although PMS-LINK has restrictions on the functions that can be controlled, it reduces the variation in time between each unit. (within 10msec)
