■Features

We have developed a revolutionary nozzle that greatly improves the efficiency of cleaning and deburring mainly small parts (ABS bodies, etc.). It is now possible to further shorten cycle time than before, and it is now easier to target tolerance holes near the bottom of narrow holes. Speedflex nozzle is a nozzle that can switch the nozzle jet in two directions, which is our patented technology. It is possible to equip the nozzle itself with a switching mechanism, making it a lightweight, inexpensive, and highly reliable system. Additionally, switching can be done while moving from hole to hole, reducing switching time to the bare minimum. Until now, it has been difficult to reduce the tip diameter of Speedflex nozzles. For example, the initial model had a diameter of 24mm, and even the prototype, which ignored cost, had a diameter of 14mm. The newly developed nozzle has a thin tip diameter of 5 mm, and the tip can be switched between straight direction and 90 degree horizontal direction. (A nozzle with a tip diameter of 4 mm can also be created depending on the application.) Furthermore, the 90-degree horizontal hole is 1.2 mm from the tip end surface, allowing spray to reach the very bottom of the hole. (With conventional nozzles, the limit was 2mm from the end face.)
