About This Product

It is a chip with excellent mass production of resin plates that are injected using a precision mold.
You can freely form a fine route with a minimum width of 50 μm. The material is a COC (cyclic olefin resin) with excellent optical characteristics, as well as acrylic and polystyrene.

It is joined with special techniques and does not use any adhesive, so there is no fluffy pollution. The joint surface is beautiful and the transparency is outstanding. Because fine flow paths can be formed, the number of inspection samples and reagents can be reduced, and the use of injection molding parts can be reduced, so the unit price at mass production can be reduced, making it ideal as a disposable inspection chip.

The prototype does not use a mold, but also supports the production with cutting -ized products.
