About This Product

A sinking key is a key used in general machinery to secure a booley, gear, etc. to a rotating shaft.

■Types: Types of sinking keys are classified into the following three types.・Parallel key (type 1, type 2)
・Gradient key
- Headed gradient key

■Materials: The following materials are generally used for the key.・JIS G3123 S20C-D or S45C-D (Polished steel bar)
・JIS G3201 SF55 (carbon steel forging)
・JIS G4051 S35C or S45C (carbon steel for mechanical structure)
*However, we will manufacture SUS304 etc. according to your order.

■Shape: The end of the key is generally rectangular in shape. However, depending on the case, the following shapes may be manufactured upon request.・Katamaru
・Ryomaru
・Katatogari
・Ryotogari
