・For detecting upper and lower limits of tank liquid level
・With built-in amplifier, it is mainly used in semiconductor and FPD manufacturing equipment to attach to sight tubes and level gauge pipes to detect liquid level.
・Adopts a transmissive refraction method to ensure sufficient level difference between light entry and light blocking.
・Uses a detection method that reduces malfunctions caused by liquids with poor transmittance (resist liquid, waste liquid), bubbles, and water droplets.
Features
■Suitable for various pipe diameters
Can be installed on pipe outer diameter φ8~13 (wall thickness 1mm). The recommended material is PFA.
■Achieves repeated high-precision detection of liquid level
A 1mm wide slit is built into the optical axis, achieving high repeatability detection accuracy of ±0.5mm.
■Easy to check and adjust operation even when installing multiple units
By placing the operation section on the side, it is easy to operate and check the operation. Equipped with a LO/DO selector switch, even if you want to change the output operation, you can do it with just one model. In addition, I/O checks can be performed in combination with the operation indicator light.
■PNP type output format is also available.
