■Features
- Due to the wide conveyor belt, the wall of the storage tank is almost vertical, and the belt surface receives all the load of the raw materials, making it difficult to cause bridging.
- In the case of sticky raw materials, the bridging phenomenon can be completely prevented by pasting a polyethylene sheet with excellent release properties inside the storage tank. (optional)
・By using inverter control and a shutter plate, precise adjustment of the supply amount is possible.
・The mechanism is simple, there are fewer failures, and maintenance is easier than the screw type.
・The upper part of the shutter plate at the exit of the stockpiling hopper is the only place where bridging is likely to occur, but this can be resolved by installing a delivery paddle.
