About This Product

■Features

・The external heating type upper and lower double layer structure (drying and carbonization) increases thermal efficiency and has a compact design for low running costs. ・The outside of the drying oven is covered with heat-resistant castable and the heat stored in the castable is used for drying and carbonization. The heat storage effect can significantly reduce fuel consumption. ・Thermal storage temperature can be set arbitrarily from 30℃ to 650℃ using a thermocouple sensor. -Thermal storage temperature is monitored by a sensor (thermocouple), and burner operation is automatically controlled in Hi-Low-Off. - In reduction drying, superheated steam is generated and rapid heating occurs due to condensation heat transfer. By expelling the air that originally existed inside the kiln, the oxygen concentration is reduced.
