About This Product

■Features

Ultra-thick film electroless nickel for optical lens molds (pickup lens molds, mobile camera lens molds, light guide plate molds). The NAC-S1000 achieves high-quality machining with almost no vibration during diamond cutting. Possible up to 1,000μm. We specialize in plating precision molds such as T-dies, and coat molds with a pinhole-free and pit-free film, which helps in the production of stable products. Dimensions can be adjusted by masking and partially plating. It is also possible to order portions of meat. Main uses

■Optical lens mold

Pickup lens mold, mobile lens mold, light guide plate mold, roll

■Mold repair

Meat filling, partial plating
