About This Product

■Features

It has better corrosion resistance than electrolytic nickel plating and is the most commonly used electroless nickel plating. Heat treatment doubles the hardness, making it ideal for replacing hard chrome and for parts that require wear resistance, hardness, and precision. By using barrels and automatic lines, we can produce high quality products in large quantities. We also accept single item orders. Main uses

■Electrical equipment/precision equipment/electronic industry

Copies, printers, pneumatic equipment parts, optical equipment, precision parts such as cameras, capacitors, substrates, lead frames

■Automobile/motorcycle industry

Internal combustion engine parts such as pistons, piston rings, and cylinder cams; Hydraulic system parts such as brakes and clutches; Drive parts such as chains and couplings.

■Aircraft/rocket industry

Hydraulic system parts such as connection levers, drum shafts, brakes, clutches, etc., and precision parts such as rocket engine tubes.

■Food/chemical industry
