About This Product

Since the first model was launched in 2004, the compression moldability measuring device "Tabflex" has been well received for collecting data during the tableting process. To mark the 10th anniversary, the price has been reduced and the product has been reborn as "Newtab Flex" with a new look. The operating condition settings that are the appeal of this machine {pressure control/tableting operation (preload/continuous tableting), powder filling operation (suction/vibration), data collection ability (up to 7 channels of weight, including punch load)} In addition, it simplifies the installation of punches and mortars, supports multi-layer locks, and allows for even more flexible collection of formability data. Data logging supports connection to the recording software "Daatsu III".

■Flexible support for formulation design. A production mortar can be used and installation is possible in 5 minutes.

・Tableting conditions can be easily set with highly reproducible position and load control. ・The suction operation of the lower punch and the vibration operation of the feeder reduce filling unevenness. -Equipped with independent servo motors for the upper and lower punches, allowing for load/displacement maintenance and discharge. - Up to 7 sensor channels (mill wall surface pressure, scraper load, uplift pressure, etc.). -The touch panel is removable and can be operated at hand. - Compatible with multi-layer locks (pulse motor used for feeder operation). - The preload mechanism of production machines can be reproduced.
