TABOL is the general name for a completely new single-shot tablet press that can measure the tableting pressure, the pressing depth of the upper punch, and the powder sample filling amount of the lower punch in real time while forming a tablet, and the data recording software DAATSU III. . Furthermore, in addition to measuring the pressure transmitted to the die wall surface during pressure molding and the pressure when the lower punch ejects the tablet from the die, the system also incorporates a patented scraper pressure detection system that is popular for quantitatively evaluating sticking tendencies, as well as all tableting characteristics. This is an epoch-making measuring device that can record data.
A major feature of TABOL is that it can mold even very small and expensive samples such as pharmaceuticals from a few tens of grams, and can predict and simulate various tableting problems such as capping that occur during production batches.

No matter how good the equipment is, if there is even the slightest safety issue, it will be disqualified. Tuball is equipped with limit switches on all doors that are normally opened and closed, such as the pressure adjustment and mortar setting section.
Also, when adjusting the mold, the pulley on the right side of the installation front may be turned by hand, but the power will not be turned on unless the handle is removed and the door is closed. In addition, there are covers on dangerous areas that can be accidentally touched, ensuring complete safety measures.
