The tableting pressure recording software DAATSU, which has made it possible to record various pressure data during tabletting regardless of the manufacturer, has been completely redesigned to be compatible with Windows®. The number of recording channels has been increased to 8 at once, and new functions have been added such as displaying the peak values ​​of any 4 channels as a trend graph during measurement. It is also possible to record continuous data over a long period of time, up to 1,000 rotations, making it easier to understand fluctuation trends during tablet compression. The rotary tablet press can record all data for up to 60 punches, and the possibilities for measuring parts such as preload main pressure, upper and lower pressure rolls, etc. are infinitely expanded. The Daatsu III version also supports USB cable and PC card connections.

Daatsu III is a data collection system that simultaneously captures up to eight types of signals (load, displacement, etc.) output from tablet presses (single-shot type, rotary type), and uses that data to analyze tablet press conditions. As a successor to Daatsu II, it takes advantage of its features and has been developed into a more modern version. Setting the conditions necessary for data collection is as simple as possible, and can be completed in three steps, allowing you to start collecting data immediately.
