About This Product

The trichop tester is a device that uses a new disintegration test method to quickly measure the disintegration time of intraorally (fast) disintegrating tablets. By dispensing a fixed amount of artificial saliva, we not only obtain a high correlation with the disintegration time in the oral cavity, but also guarantee excellent, even reproducibility. Furthermore, it is possible to determine the difference in tablet characteristics between types where the entire tablet disintegrates due to artificial saliva and types where the tablet disintegrates sequentially from the surface. Starting, stopping, and other operations can be performed quickly and easily on the touch panel, boasting simple operability. The main body of the device is integrated with the control panel and has a compact structure, so it can be installed anywhere. Measured data can be checked on the touch panel, and data can of course be transferred to a computer, recorded, and analyzed. Please make use of the trichop tester for the development and quality control of tablets that quickly disintegrate in the oral cavity, which is essential from the perspective of PLCM and patient-friendly formulation design.

■Quickly measures the disintegration time of orally disintegrating tablets

・A new disintegration test method provides highly reproducible measurement results that closely match the disintegration time in the human oral cavity. ・You can quickly measure the tablet set on the sample stand. ・Simply set the tablet on the test stand and press the start switch. Automatically measures disintegration time. ・Measurement results are displayed on the highly visible operation panel, making them easy to confirm. ・Measurement data can be transferred to a computer and printed out. Data management is also easy. - Refilling the disintegration test liquid is easy, just remove the pressure nozzle and pour in the test liquid. ・After collapse, simply throw away the liquid collected in the vat. Cleaning the sample stage is also easy. ・The disintegration test liquid barrel has a temperature control function to reproduce the oral temperature.
