About This Product
■Simple tabletop tablet forming machine
Since it is a tabletop type, you can easily make tablets. In addition, it is possible to compress tablets using small quantities of raw materials. Analog load meter displays accurate load. The maximum load can be selected depending on the application, such as 20kN, 50kN, or 100kN.
It can also be used as the mortar for the N-30E single-shot tablet press (a separate dedicated holder is required).
■Pressure panel standard equipment
The manual hydraulic pump automatically switches between low pressure and high pressure, so it is possible to feed at very low speed when pressurizing if necessary.
■Applications
・For forming ceramics using dry molds
・For powder metallurgy research and testing
・Press-fitting, crimping, drilling, etc. of small parts
