About This Product
The Spira Coater is a revolutionary "tumbling fluidized bed coating granulation device" that achieves ideal film coating using reliable technology based on numerous patents. Conventional equipment has drawbacks such as particle abrasion within the dispersed layer of small particles, and especially during coating operations, secondary agglomeration of particles tends to occur, which limits the particle size.
The Spira Coater uses the world's first rotor disk and special spray gun, making it possible to uniformly coat all types of particles. This one machine can perform mixing, granulation, coating, and drying (cooling).
