There are various shapes of granules for wet granulation, such as spherical and spherical, but these have high hardness and may be unsuitable for some applications, while extrusion granulation does not allow for granules that change due to heat or are highly viscous and tend to stick. There are things that cannot be handled. This granulator was developed with the aim of solving these problems and producing granules with a beautiful shape and soft hardness.
The material is crushed and granulated through the cutting action of high-speed granulation blades inside the cylindrical screen and the resulting turbulent airflow. In the case of solids, granulation can be performed with a low powdering rate by reducing the particle size, and in the case of mixtures of powder and liquid, granulation can be achieved by collision of particles with each other and the action of the granulation blade.
