About This Product
■Applications
It can be used for both the front and back inspection of tablets/sugar-coated tablets and the appearance inspection of capsules. The main body is the same as the TI-200 series.
■Tablet inspection
1. Belt conveyor type allows tablets to flow stably.
2.The amount and speed of tablet flow can be freely changed separately.
3. Defective locks can be collected in the defect receiving box by simply placing them on the side belt.
4.Any type of lock can be inspected by replacing the reversing chute.
■Capsule inspection
1. The alignment device allows the capsules to be aligned both vertically and horizontally, and flows while rotating slowly, making inspection easy.
2. Capsule flow volume and speed can be changed freely separately.
3.Switching between tablets and capsules can be done by simply replacing the cassette-type feeding device.
4. Equipped with an empty capsule removal device.
