Visually inspect the appearance of the hard capsule.
■Features
1. The capsules are aligned in longitudinal rows with an inspection guide on a belt conveyor, and in horizontal rows with an alignment device, and are slowly rotated as they advance, allowing the entire outer periphery of the capsule to be inspected without omission.
2.Equipped with capsule alignment device and flow interval adjustment device as standard.
3.The amount and speed of capsule flow and the spacing between capsules in the flow direction can be adjusted separately using the knobs at hand.
4. The two types of capsules, No. 1-2 and No. 2-3, are the same parts and can be used in common.
5. Replacing parts due to size changes is extremely easy.
6. Equipped with an empty capsule removal device.
■Special specifications
1.For inspection of soft capsules, etc., there is the CI-200V model, which uses a vibrator to supply the product.
2.When you want to inspect the capsule through penetration, there is the CI-200L model, which is equipped with a light below the inspection conveyor.
