About This Product

■Applications

Automatically supplies and collects tablets, capsules, etc. from the previous process machine or floor hopper to the next process high hopper or receiver.

■Features

1.The stock hopper receives the solid agent that continuously flows from the previous process machine, and transfers it to a bucket that moves up and down in one unit. 2. Transfer from the stock hopper to the bucket is done by opening and closing the shutter. This shutter is a special shutter that prevents objects from getting caught, allowing continuous operation of the front-end machine. 3.A linear actuator is used to transmit power for lifting and lowering the bucket. Easy to clean without lubrication. 4. Equipped with soft start and soft down functions, it gently transports objects. 5.The VC-02VH model has a buffer chute suspended at the tip of the discharge chute, which is raised and lowered to collect tablets into a deep container with a soft touch.
