Tablets, capsules, etc. are automatically fed from the previous process machine or floor hopper to the next process's high hopper.
■Features
1.The stock hopper receives the solid agent that continuously flows from the previous process machine, and transfers it to a bucket that moves up and down in one unit.
2. Transfer from the stock hopper to the bucket is done by opening and closing the shutter. This shutter is a special shutter that prevents objects from getting caught, allowing continuous operation of the front-end machine.
3.A flat belt is used to transmit power for lifting and lowering the bucket. The bucket lifting room and drive system space are separated, separated by a flat drive belt. Therefore, the powder generated and scattered from the tablets is difficult to enter the drive system space, and the structure is designed to prevent foreign matter that may be generated from the drive system from entering the bucket elevator chamber.
4.Equipped with a soft start/down function, it gently transports objects.
5.It can be faster than conventional machines.
6.The locking part can be disassembled without tools.
7.SUS specifications are standard.
