■What is Calmflex RZ-2?

"Calmflex RZ-2" is positioned as a "vibration damping material" in the R series of INOAC Corporation's soundproofing materials. We respond to user requests with a wide variety of grades, including the F series as sound absorbing materials. These soundproofing products are used in a wide range of fields, including office equipment such as printers and copy machines, construction machinery, automobiles, motorcycles, and home appliances.

We handle "Calmflex RZ-2" adhesive type vibration damping material. Flexible damping and vibration-proofing materials. Since the back side is adhesive (double-sided tape), installation is as simple as peeling off the release paper and attaching it directly to a vibrating structure, reducing noise generation. Unlike sound-absorbing materials, it can suppress chattering sounds and vibrations by applying it directly to vibrating iron plates or other solid objects. It is a vibration damping material that can be used for a variety of purposes, such as wrapping it around pipes to suppress vibrations, pasting it inside ducts to suppress resonance noise, pasting it around car speakers to deaden it, and for vibration isolation in engine compartments. Because it is flexible, it can be pasted on even curved surfaces, and it is also easy to cut with scissors. We also carry a sponge-based product called Calmflex F-140, which has both vibration-damping and sound-absorbing properties.

■Eco-friendly deadening material

This is a deadening material that is environmentally friendly, flame retardant, and has excellent vibration damping performance without using PVC, DOP, or PBDE (prom flame retardant). Size, standard size (sales unit)
