About This Product

■Features

A lightweight, low-cost sound absorbing material that is used for a wide range of purposes.

■Size

The standard size is 1,000 x 2,000 mm, and the thickness and size can be freely processed. Some adhesives are also available.

■General purpose sound absorbing sponge “F-2 sound absorbing material soundproofing material”

Since we process the material from large blocks of sound-absorbing sponge, we can process it to the desired thickness and size and sell it. By making the material thicker, it is possible to absorb sound at low and medium frequencies.

■Calmflex F-2 sound absorbing material is used for the following purposes.

・Acoustic adjustment of the walls and ceiling of the audio room ・Homemade soundproof room for private room ・Sound-muffling box to prevent motor noise ・Homemade soundproof box for generator ・Soundproof sheet ・Cushioning material inside the attache case ・Sound absorbing/insulating material as a substitute for glass wool ・Sound absorbing material on the back of an upright piano ・As a sound absorbing material on the back of speakers ・Soundproofing inside the workshop booth ・Soundproofing measures in the engine room of a ship ・Materials used for car deadening ・Measures to silence computer server rooms ・Car interior materials, sound-absorbing sheets for lining ・Soundproofing materials for anechoic chambers such as recording booths Size of original fabric, standard size (sales unit)

Standard size 1,000mm x 2,000mm Non-adhesive From 1 piece (100mm, 200mm, or large blocks can be made with the desired thickness) *Processing to specified dimensions is also possible as long as it is within the standard length range.
