About This Product

■Ideal for research and development, prototyping, and high-mix, low-volume production of LCD panels, etc.

This device is used to remove air bubbles and improve adhesion after attaching a polarizing film to the glass substrate of an LCD panel. The tabletop type is suitable for research and development and prototyping of liquid crystal panels, etc. in private laboratories, and for high-mix, low-volume production. The processing tank has an all-stainless steel polished finish.

■Features

- Equipped with a stirring fan inside the pot to achieve precise temperature distribution. ・The tabletop type has a compact design and can flexibly accommodate a variety of specification conditions, making it suitable for small-lot and cell production. - Temperature, pressure, and time can be set easily. - Can be used with power and pressurized air utilities. ・We manufacture pressure degassing equipment that can be scaled up or otherwise depending on the size and quantity of the processed product.

■Applications

・Removal of microbubbles that occur when a polarizing sheet is attached to a liquid crystal glass substrate. ・Reduction of air bubbles that occur when pasting stickers. ・Improved adhesive strength of stickers.
