Hatch-type door makes cleaning inside the tank easy
Features
■Hatch-type door allows for easy cleaning of the inside of the tank.
Ideal for pitch, flux, wax, urethane, etc. that remain in the tank after distillation.
■Indirect heating using steam
Heat water with an electric heater, and use the heated water (steam) to heat the contaminated liquid.
*Since the heating medium is water, it is non-flammable and safe. Economical as there is no need to replace the entire amount unlike heating oil.
■Distillation method in which small amounts are added to the distillation column.
*The time the liquid is in contact with high temperature is short.
■In the boiling process, boiling is carried out until almost all contaminants are reduced.
*Less amount of cleaning fluid consumed.
■No consumable parts
Almost no maintenance.
