About This Product
A bottom-entry mixer is installed at the bottom of the custom-designed tank for the System 2500. Even if the polymer lumps placed on the liquid surface are floating on the liquid surface with considerable buoyancy, they are pulled to the bottom by the mixer's strong suction force, and at the same time are crushed into small pieces and dispersed into the liquid.
Another in-line mixer was installed in the tank to circulate the solution and promote finer granulation and dissolution, and after a while after the bottom entry mixer started operating, the first large lumps were crushed into smaller pieces. It starts working immediately and can create a complete solution of solvent and polymer in a short time.
The System 2500 is a complex system consisting of a specially designed tank, a bottom mixer located at the bottom of the tank, and an in-line mixer.
