About This Product

A bottom-entry mixer is installed at the bottom of the custom-designed tank for the System 2500. Even if the polymer lumps placed on the liquid surface are floating on the liquid surface with considerable buoyancy, they are pulled to the bottom by the mixer's strong suction force, and at the same time are crushed into small pieces and dispersed into the liquid. Another in-line mixer was installed in the tank to circulate the solution and promote finer granulation and dissolution, and after a while after the bottom entry mixer started operating, the first large lumps were crushed into smaller pieces. It starts working immediately and can create a complete solution of solvent and polymer in a short time. The System 2500 is a complex system consisting of a specially designed tank, a bottom mixer located at the bottom of the tank, and an in-line mixer.

■Equipments that make up D2500

・SILVERSON's bottom entry mixer creates a powerful swirling flow in the liquid in the tank, quickly dispersing the powder and solids that are introduced. ・The in-line mixer installed in the circulation line makes the powder finely ground by the bottom entry mixer even finer, and at the same time completely melts it into the liquid. ・The main body of the D2500 is composed of a carefully designed tank and pipes and valves that form a circulation circuit to maximize the mixer's capabilities.
