About This Product

One of the most difficult steps in the mixing process of a mixer is to quickly pass the powder into the liquid and create a homogeneous dispersion. To meet this demand, SILVERSON has developed a flash blend system to easily disperse particularly difficult to disperse powders such as gums and thickeners.

Flash blending has the ability to disperse large amounts of powder at up to 230 kg/min into liquids in a continuous or batch process, and can be used for a variety of applications from low to high liquid viscosities.

- When mixing high viscosity solutions, flow the high viscosity liquid from the hopper. It is also possible to pipe it directly into the Venturi tube.

Silverson Flash Blend was designed and developed to rapidly disperse and mix large amounts of powder into liquid. This system was developed and verified through research into the powder itself, which is difficult to dissolve, and was completed as a complex technology that added new technology to the Silverson in-line mixer. Unlike similar conventional equipment, it does not form any lumps and is capable of dispersing and mixing at higher speeds and higher concentrations.
