About This Product

The VERSO mixer, developed as an in-line mixer for SILVERSON's laboratory, has features that make it ideal not only for research and development, but also as a small-scale production machine on a pilot scale. The data obtained by this model will be a valuable source of information when scaling up to production scale. The VERSO mixer is equipped with rotation display, current display and timer functions. Data logging software is also available for importing data to a PC, providing valuable data essential for validation and process reproducibility.

■Verso UHS

Standard model sanitary specifications. Verso UHS is designed for applications in the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors as well as food, cosmetics and other cleanliness-sensitive industries.

■Verso-UHS-HV

Verso-UHS-HV is designed for mixing high viscosity products. It incorporates the same unique and innovative "pumping rotor" design as the UHS-HV series of production scale high viscosity in-line mixers. This greatly increases self-pumping ability and allows products such as gels, creams, sauces and thickening solutions to be tested on a laboratory scale.

Can be fitted with either a single or multi-stage workhead.

750W, 220V (110V optional) 50/60Hz DC motor. Maximum rotation speed 9,000rpm.

The solution always passes through the rotor/stator structure. There is no bypassing.

The speed can be adjusted steplessly using the on/off dial switch.
