■Features

・This is a large-lot, mass-produced series with a processing capacity of 10,008L, the largest available size. ・The CSA series is suitable for mass production. The dedicated paddle provides high agitation and reduces production time. - The lid is fixed to the pot body and does not go up or down, making it ideal for spaces with limited ceiling height. -Equipped with a U-shaped scraping mixer and paddle mixer on the top, and a homomixer on the bottom, the rotation and revolution movement and internal/external circulation enable high-speed and uniform mixing and stirring. ・The stirring structure and homo mixer, which is the heart of the vacuum emulsification pot, can be upgraded with options. ・We can customize various equipment such as CIP automatic cleaning systems at low cost, realizing high-quality bulk manufacturing and increasing production efficiency that customers demand. ・Compliant with FDA (Food and Drug Administration) current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP), and has a safe design.
