About This Product

This is a vacuum emulsification pot for research and development, with a structure with high production efficiency and a focus on scale-up.

■Features

・The CSY series is the smallest vacuum emulsification pot among our products, suitable for research and development. It can be scaled up and is easy to use and safe. -Equipped with a scraping mixer and paddle mixer on the top, and a homo mixer on the bottom, and the rotation and revolution movement and internal/external circulation enable high-speed and uniform mixing and stirring. The V-shaped blade reduces manufacturing loss and eliminates waste during bulk prototyping. -Compact type with all equipment built-in. It is easy to maintain and can be kept clean, making it ideal for laboratories with limited installation space. -Easy to operate, and allows you to work easily and smoothly even in places with limited work space. ・We can customize various other devices at low cost, such as the CIP automatic cleaning system, and achieve high-quality bulk manufacturing and increase production rates that our customers demand.
