About This Product

This is a fully automatic tube filling machine for high-mix mass production that can produce 60 pieces per minute with high precision.

■Features

- A special elliptical rotary disk and filling system allow filling up to 60 pieces per minute. Suitable for mass production in pursuit of production efficiency. ・The elliptical rotary disk performs each process in a straight line, so it has the characteristics of fast processing speed and easy maintenance. ・The standard servo motor controls the filling operation with high precision. We have adopted a unique system to achieve stable filling regardless of viscosity. -Each part such as the nozzle and cylinder can be maintained and cleaned without tools, resulting in high production efficiency. - Three boxes of tubes can be set using the optional automatic feeding device, increasing work efficiency.
