About This Product

■Consolidation/granulation principle

This is a continuous process type dry granulator that can be used for a variety of product applications by combining a horizontal raw material supply screw and vertically arranged compression rolls. The feature of the granulation method using a roller compactor is that it compacts dry powder raw materials into a plate shape, and then crushes it into granules. The fact that granules can be made from dry powder means that there is no need for a drying process in the subsequent process, which significantly improves energy efficiency. It is ideal for raw materials that react or change in properties when exposed to moisture, or for raw materials that change in quality during the drying process. The omission of humidification, dehydration, and drying processes leads to significant cost reductions. It is also ideal for raw materials where you do not want to add a binder to the raw materials. The compression roll has a structural design that can handle from low to high loads, and can handle a wide range of flakes from soft to hard.

Pre-deaeration and breaker selection result in high product yields.
