About This Product

■New resin crusher equipped with cooled rotary blades

Low heat resins (PP, PA) and biodegradable resins (PLA), which conventionally would have fused and agglomerated inside the machine, can now be pulverized by passing refrigerant through the rotating disc.

■Crushing principle

Two radial disks with grooved blades are placed opposite each other, and the raw material is pulverized as it moves from the center of the disk to the outer periphery along with the airflow. (The gap between the disks is structured so that it gradually narrows from the center toward the outer periphery, and the raw material supplied from the center of the rotating disk is gradually crushed while rotating and discharged from the outer periphery of the disk. This principle This makes it possible to finely pulverize thermoplastic resins that have viscoelastic properties that are difficult to crush using the impact method. Features
