This is a conventional scrubber that uses a shower bubbling method to eliminate harmful gases emitted from semiconductor and liquid crystal manufacturing equipment.

There are two types of Ex series: shower type and bubbling type, and we will propose the best equipment to suit your application. ・Shower type (EX-007PV, EX-007SUA) This is a scrubber for customers who are considering installing an inexpensive wet abatement device. ・Bubbling type (EX-21, large indoor abatement device) This is a bubbling scrubber for customers who are worried about powder clogging problems.
