About This Product

■Summary

Dynafluid 3000 allows you to easily and economically obtain hot water at the desired temperature. By mixing hot water from a hot water boiler or heat exchanger with cold water, hot water at the temperature required at each site can be created.

■Washing

Dynafluid 3000 uses a thermoelement to control the temperature. It was developed for purposes such as cleaning walls and floors, cleaning meat factories, and cleaning containers. This mixer faucet is ideal when you want to bring hot water down to the desired temperature before using it. A must have wherever hygiene is required, such as slaughterhouses, beer factories, food factories, petrochemical factories, etc.

■Temperature adjustment

Dynafluid 3000 can be adjusted from 40 to 60℃ with factory settings. Even if the pressure fluctuates, the error is ±2℃. When higher temperature is required, the outlet temperature can be increased up to 70℃ by changing the position of the control knob. When the cold water supply stops, the valve will shut down within 5 seconds to prevent hot water from continuing to flow out. This mixer faucet is designed to withstand commercial use. This valve is designed for use in harsh environments. The valve body is made of cast gunmetal. The large adjustment knob and mounting bracket are made of strong engineering plastic. The thermostatic cartridge and check valve are made of high temperature thermoplastic polymer.
